The following criteria will apply for students at Level 6:
Where a module comprises two or more assessment elements (e.g. examination and coursework), successful completion of the module should require a mark of greater than 10% less than the module pass mark in each element, as well as the overall module mark being above the normal pass mark of 40%. This requirement only applies to assessment elements that contribute more than 30% towards the final module mark.
Level 6 core modules:
Higher Diploma in Electronic and Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 3 simple passes in G.C.E A/L under Maths or Biology streams. Students with less than 3 passes could enroll subject to a special selection test.
TOP-UP Degree Entry Requirements  – Engineering
NDT,HND in Electronic & Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification (Subject to acceptance by LJMU) or SLIIT/ SLIIT City Uni Diploma in Electronic & Electrical Engineering.
Local Fee: 275,000 LKR per semester x 6 semesters(3 years) = total 2,100,000 LKR
